Il tour comprende hotel con classificazione “locale” ufficiale in Turchia 4 e 5 stelle; per motivi di ordine operativo, gli hotel indicati possono subire variazioni ed essere sostituiti con strutture di standard qualitativo paragonabile. Le singole sono in numero limitato e le camere triple solitamente non adatte ad ospitare 3 adulti per via dello spazio ridotto e del letto aggiunto di piccole dimensioni, disponibilità su richiesta. L’ordine di effettuazione delle visite, gli orari/ingressi possono variare in loco anche a discrezione della guida/accompagnatore locale al fine di garantire la migliore riuscita del tour mantenendo invariato lo standard qualitativo.

Penali di Recesso.
Riportiamo di seguito le penali previste dalle Condizioni Generali di contratto.6.5 Al Viaggiatore che receda dal contratto prima della partenza, al di fuori delle ipotesi elencate al primo comma dell'art.6delle condizioni generali di contratto (scaricabili dal sito www.atitur.com alla voce "Info Utili"), sarà addebitata -indipendentemente dal pagamento dell’acconto di cui all’art. 41/1 comma - oltre al rimborso di tutte le spese sostenute, una Penale, come di seguito quantificata e ritenuta congrua, in ragione delle possibilità di riallocazione del Pacchetto/ServiziTuristico.

35% del Prezzo in ipotesi di disdetta compresa tra il 30.mo e 21.mo giorno di calendario dalla partenza;
50% del Prezzo in ipotesi di disdetta compresa tra il 20.mo e 11.mo giorno di calendario prima della partenza;
75% del Prezzo in caso di recesso nel periodo compreso dal 10.mo giorno al 5.to giorno prima della partenza;
100% oltre il suddetto termine.
Si fa specifica avvertenza che, alle Penali sopra indicate, deve essere aggiunto il corrispettivo del biglietto aereo che il vettore, ritiene non rimborsabile al Viaggiatore. Sarà comunque dovuta una penale pari al 100% qualora il recesso sia causato da inadempimento imputabile al Viaggiatore quale, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, dalla mancanza o inidoneità dei documenti necessari per il viaggio.6.6 Il Viaggiatore viene informato che in deroga alle normali condizioni generali di contratto per alcuni servizi compresi nel pacchetto, potrà essere applicata una penale pari al 100%, fermo restando l’applicazione delle normali penali per la restante parte del pacchetto
